Deletion removes the account and associated personal information, subject to limited legal and security retention described below.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to The True Contract.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences, enter the confirmation, and submit.
What deletion covers
We delete or de-identify the profile, service catalog, drafts, agreement records, signature and location data, and other personal information associated with the account, unless a limited record must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Timing and verification
We acknowledge the request promptly and generally complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify control of the account email. Complex or legally restricted requests may take longer, and we will explain why.
Before you submit
- Download any agreements you must retain. Deletion may be irreversible.
- Tell other parties if deleting your copy affects their access.
- Cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription separately in that store. Account deletion does not stop store billing by itself.
